    Install OS on Logical Partition?

Is it ok to install an OS on a logical partition?

And is there a way to change a logical partition into a primary partition?

    And WTH is the difference?

    Thanks.

It's OK to install an OS on a logical partition. I've done it while dual booting.

Thanks, because I tried installing Sabayon on a logical partition and I got an error after it nearly installed... maybe it was something irrelevant...
