sound gone from flash video's?

Hi, I was trying to watch flash videos today and i stoped to do some home work then started again. When i started watching for the second time the sound would not play. I tryed sevral videos that i knew had worked previously and still no sound. I tried watching on my other computer and had the same problem. I then turned on music to see if somthing was wrong with the computer the music played so it is not my computer. I re-installed Flash player and still can't get sound. does any one know how i can fix this?

Well id you try to right click on the flash video, go to properties (or whatever) and allow sound(if there is any) from that tiny window?

hmm, no. but when i loged on today the sound is working again. (i did try reseting the computer before) i don't get it but at least it is fixed. Thanks for the reply

It's good to have sound back. Once that happened to me... got frustrated, but after sometime it came back. What windows are you using?

Probably Vista - you know what it's like.

Yeah.. maybe a Vista problem, because on XP this never happened.

Actually, I have had a few sound problems in the past with XP - nothing a super-handsome genius like me can't sort out (ahem), but irritating nonetheless.

i am using vista on one and xp on the other, maybe i will just move to linux (sorry took so long to reply had to take advanced Comp class took up all my time I hate writing)

Well, IMO, under linux Flash is very, very bad!

It's one of the reasons Flash is better replaced with normal pages, along with SEO etc.
