    XP Transparent Icon Text

    Hi,
I have been searching for a while, my sister done something and now I have an ugly border on my desktop with every text of the icon. It is very ugly and I found online that I should check "Use drop shadows for icon labels on desktop" but that was already checked and I un/checked it several times, and booted several times but with no luck.

anyone has another solution? I even tried tweak UI but I did not find any function like that.

    Thanks.
