Lots of burners does verify a CD after a burn. I will suggest you to check the settings for the burner you're current using, TheComputerMaster. It may has the function, without you even noticed it.
As far as I remember, Nero and ImgBurn does verify, so you could check these out, or Lop's suggestion, if you want to be sure that the burner has a verify-function.
