Microsoft fails to name patents
Recently, Microsoft made the statement that Linux was infringing on a few hundred of its patents. When asked which ones, they did a little sputtering and quickly went flaccid. I know it's hard to believe, but it looks like just another round of baseless FUD out of the Redmondites.
In addition, there's an organization that holds patents on behalf of Linux developers... MS has more to lose than gain in a patent war.
