What is this called?

I had no idea where to post this but what is the part of the desktop menu with all the icons called? The one with the clock. Is it called anything? This is for windows.

lmao @ Jordan! It always tells me I don't have automatic updates on, like I don't know? I'm the one who turned them off you don't have to tell me every 10 minutes! lol

Yeah, haha, it did me too. I had to disable that red shield with the X plugin because of that reason. Now it tells me there are updates available every time I login.
