Well... at first when I use search from the 'Start Search' it worked fine, and it still does work fine, except for when I write in 2005 (to bring up visual studio 2005) instead the first icon comes up as Google Earth... so what does the text GOOGLE EARTH has to do with the number 2005?
Do you see something similar? Because I don't! So why does the search bring up Google Earth in the start menu???
Can I fix this?
That doesn't happen for me. But I think the Vista search is not only searching the file name, but I'm not sure.
I've seen Vista bring up irrelevant results before, as well. I'm wondering if the version "5.0" of Google Earth is causing the problem. What happens when you type just "5"?
"No Items Match Your Search".. it says that :/ when i type in 5
Funny. Go Vista!
Lmao - I suppose they dont specialize in search - maybe the Windows section of Microsoft should get together with the Search (Bing) hah
I still remember the Windows Live desktop search that was horrible. If you've ever used outlook for searching, you'll realize just how bad MS is at searching which makes me wonder w(hy)tf they would even consider creating a search engine in the first place.
I don't find any problem using the "Finder"...

Did you search for problems, though?
Well.. the version of google earth is 5.. but wtf does 2005 has to do with 5?
