my vs project just wont get copied to another folder..plz help

heya.....i have a problem while copying my c# visual studio 2005 project to another folder.......my project is saved in usb so i tried copying it from there to cmputer but it gives error something like form's designer not getting copied.I also tried to first convert it into zip form but still the same error.
I do know that when you are doing a project which is saved on computer ,its original files can be copied from another folder where they are originally compiled.I dont know if there is such a thing happening when a product is saved on ausb.
So plz tell me how to copy my project from usb without errors(cuz than a lot of forms in it get corrupted and dont work).

I've had problems with USB drives getting corrupted. It sounds like you may need to scan it for errors.
