    Equivalent to foobar2000 for Linux?

    Hey C.C !

I have always wondered is there any equivalent to fb2k?
I have a lot of plugins for sound improvement, I like to have noise sharper, bass leveler, Swoosh mixer, crossfade, harmony peep. All there gives a whole new level of music for me. I can't listen without them !

However running fb2k in wine will not give me the same power, so I am looking for a native audio player with plugins to enhance my music experience does anyone here in C.C have a clue?

There are a ton of media players for Linux. It seems like everyone and their brother has made one. Which ones have you tried?

That stinks. You might not be able to find one as good then. I often run into the same problem. I'm trying to find something as good as iTunes and came across Banshee - it works well but doesn't find iTunes server (which I have on my NAS) so now I am forced to run iTunes in wine.

Sad, hopefully there will be something new with same abilities as iTunes.

I have to admit, foobar2000 is a REALLY sweet piece of software.
