    dont you know the things you are talking about refers to the RAM which means Random Access Memory.. and.. Its used to provide memory to the computer if you know.. Its classes of RAM SD (oldest) ddr (older) ddr2(current) dd3(latest) ... and every one has it own features... got it i think..

    No a days no sd ram is used.. just DDR2 and DDR3 rams run in modern pc's you have gonna out dated i think..
