I found this at a yard sale for a buck it might really be worth that or not what is this "Stealth 3D 4000 AGP 4MB" Does this suck or could it improve my graphics right now i have a intel graphics media accelerator 900.

Ouch! A 4MB graphics card! I don't think that is very good.

You should just go out and buy a new graphics card they have come down in price recently. If your PC is really old (older than 2001) then you should just scrap it and get a new PC.

I don't think that a 4MB videocard would support better than that.. perhaps Windows 98? MAYBE SE.

4MB is a very, very old card. The lowest you can buy now (for $20 or less) is 64MB. I agree with ETbyrne:
