Flash memory problem?

I have some flash memory which don't allow me to access them (I have 4)
I hear that I can solve their problem anyone know how?

What kind of flash memory? Is it IDE interface, or USB? What operating system are you using? Do you get an error message?

USB, Vista and XP.
I did remove safety anytime but after a while I got this problem.

Yes, a format is going to be nessesary. If that fails, your thumb drive will need to be replaced.

I try format but I can not.
Now one them give me this message "Please insert disk"

Update your USB drivers, if this don't work, try it on another PC. If it works on the other PC, post back here and let me know. If it doesn't, buy a new thumb drive.
