We aren't going to force ANY kind of posting to download the components. Their completly open source, with NO crap attached. Download it, work on it, share it. The OSI philosphy.

TkTech is correct for any community projects. For the tutorials and code section a new 5 post to download minimum has been enforced though.

I've found another bug. The Cron Job for vBulletin only works if someone visits the forum. If no one visits the forum between 11:45 and 12:00 on Sunday you will see 0s for all of the data (because after 12:00 is a new week). I'll be working on fixing this.
