Hi everyone,
I was wondering if someone here could help us build a veeeeeeeery very simple priority list application in C#
We just need two section, one list on the left ( folders, doesn't have to be treeview, can be flat ) and when you click on each folder it opens in the right section another list, just a simple list box. Items in the list box can be moved up or down.
All this gets saved into a .txt file. ( or several txt files, anything that is quicker and easier )
Really simple but we don't have time to make this, I thought maybe someone here could help us out.
Why don't we have time? Well, we are building a game.
Please feel free to email in in case you have questions or up to it to help us out a bit.
Oh, we also sit on IRC in case you want to talk "live" with me or something.
Thank you!
This sounds a LOT like homework. If you can build a game, you should be able to throw this together in about a half hour.
It isn't a home workYou are welcome to join our IRC server if you wish. I don't have much extra time left and I know myself, I won't be letting this go in 30 mins since I keep adding stuff to it.
So anyway, please reply if you are interested. Don't clutter the thread.
I have been a developer 14 years.
ps. It isn'st about a small app, we might need more small help apps so it's nice to find someone willing to help out. Ofcourse, he|she will be rewarded.![]()
Forget this thread. I'll make the app myself. sheesh, sick of idiots. You don't want to do the app, fine, don't puke all over the thread. **** morons, can't even post on a specific section specific to talk about community projects without being attacked about "Homework" CRAP.

Awwright, take it easy guys!Tough I agree with Nicckk and WingedPanther here. You came and "demanded" a project. What have you expected? "Awww! We wanna do a program for you! Name it?!"
I would like to make such a tool. I don't know if I will use it myself, but it seems to be a nice thing to kill boredom. So are you still interested? And perhaps some specific requests here, before I start and finish this?
Regards,
Arek Bulski.
