I have done a few more tests. I am able to download from your demo site. I suspect therefore that there is something wrong with my file setup. I therefore give it here for your info:

Hope it helps.

My problem seems to be that instead of downloading the file that I specify, another (much smaller) download takes place.

I like the look and feel of the program because you can create subdirectories.

I was wondering, because I have over 1000 files that I want me users to have access to if your program is for me.

Is there an easy way to add all of these files?

That is a lot of files! No, there is no easier way to add files. ionFiles would list all 1000 files on a single page. Is that what you were looking for?

No, I believe he means, how does he add them all to the ionFiles database, if, for example, their all in one folder on his hd. An import function basicly.

hmm i installed it which went fine.
but when i put up a new file and try to download it i get a file alot different in size and name

Ah actually...you have the paths wrong...the filesize is 0 because it doesnt exists. The files dont work because its actually downloading your 404 error page...
