How to contact a button on my serial port device with my pc?

    Hello!

I'm going to recieve some data with my measurement device CL-200 (Konica Minolta).
And I want to automatic this measure process. So I want to emulate the device's button with my pc.
How can I check which button has which request code?

You need to know how to communicate with the device, it's communication specifications etc.
