C# is easier to learn compared to C++. It dosn't have pointer conception and is a excellent OO language. C# derived many attributes from C++. So,if you kown sth. about C++,learning C# will turn out to be much easier.

In the same way C# the note is higher than C, C# was designed to overcome the limitations of C. That's why they called it C# (like C++ - the "++" bit means "better than"). In my view, C# is the perfect balance between power and simplicity.
