Unhappy .Net Shortcuts !

Hey , does anybody know how to activate shortcuts ?!!!

i mean , i used to use shortcuts like F6 key to build the project ;
Ctrl+E+C || Ctrl+E+U to comment and uncomment the code lines !!

now , i just can't , and i can't figure out why is that ..
and it's REALLY BOTHERING ME using the mouse !!!!!!

can anyone help ?!

FYI : i tried reinstalling VS and repairing ..
nothing worked !

Look at the file menu and see if the short-cuts have changed during the versions (it says the short-cut next to each command in the file menu). I know F5 works well for me as it always has.
