Default Register Controls
Today as I was going through the source code of MINIX I found many multilined #define preprocessors and some weird 0x755 expressions of that sort..
I was unable to comprehend them...Please tell me what they are and how to Control Registers.

It sounds like something where memory/register addresses are being set manually. There may be some assembly code in their as well. Note: I have not looked at MINIX source code.
