Outlook toolbar image

Hi forum,

I would like to implement an image in the Outlook toolbar. The purpose of this for easy communication with my co-workers homePC's:
- Hight should be equal to 2 normal buttons. Width equal to window width.
- The image should be a http link
- If I update the image/link online this image/link should change too.

As it is not possible for me to install other apps [strict company policies - don't ask ], this would be an ideal way to mass-communicate with my co-workers and for them to get in contact with me (IT support).

What kind of image? What link?

I can make the image for you. But I'm not too sure about implementing it into your Outlook tool bar.
