A man owed me some money for doing some custom work for him. I requested my money for over 2 months. He never paid and I think never had any intention of paying. He said he was going to sue me even though I haven't done anything. Will this hold up?

What grounds would he have for suing you; it's almost comical. You should be suing him for not giving you your money ..you earned it!

Don't worry things will work out..falco85..he can't sue you.. He is making a lot of noise but that's all he can do. Some people like to cause a rucus without having any ground to stand on. You really should be the one with grounds for a lawsuit!
