Writing ToS/FAQ?

As most of you know I have this business directory FindItGlobally.com - Business Directory now the coding is nearly all done and I really worked hard on it. Now, how to I go about writing the ToS? I just have no ideas, I have an idea in my mind.. but I just don't know on how to start writing the ToS.

Any ideas?

You think it will be suitable? I want it to state for example how long will the advert stay, what type of adverts we will accept, what an advert will contain etc... Not too much legal stuff.

Nobody reads ToS, so I think it is acceptable to just copy someone else's. I mean, it's really not important, I wouldn't care if someone copied mine. It's not like it's actual, valuable content, just some legal stuff you need to put in so you don't get sued or anything.
