Amazon Affiliate Store

I was wandering if anyone here has created an amazon affiliate store? I'm interested in opening one and than maybe more any more as time progresses on in different areas like one for computer stuff, one for power tools, etc. I am looking for any tips and also if any one does have one up I was wandering if I could see the link so I can view how you have it setup. I would not steal your template but I want to have ideas of how I should create the layout of it. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much

I signed up for an affiliate account and put books on here but no one ever bought any (in 2 years). It may be that I didn't advertise them properly or didn't put very much effort into it but in my experience affiliate sales are very hard to earn any profit from unless you have a very high flow of traffic.

The Amazon affiliate market is extremely competitive, and consumers are constantly bombarded with it, so there's a small chance they'll click on yours.
