    International Shipping

    Do you guys know if it's legal, when shipping items internationally, to shift all responsibility on to the buyer's side? In my line of work, some of the products sometimes get seized by international governments, so I want to say that if you purchase outside of the United States, you assume all liabilities, so if it gets seized, you have no recourse. Hopefully that wouldn't happen too often, but is it legal to say that?
