Do you intend on paying these programmers?

No we do not intend on paying, since we do not have the money for that. The only thing we have are contests every now and then in which you can win NeoPoints (to attract new members in staying), and we believe programs will also attract them.
We used to have several programmers there, but when our forum got inactive for a while they left.

EDIT: We're planning on making a package for e.g. neopets that has an ABer, Trainer, .. with the same layout, structure and everything.

I would really like to join, I always wanted to make games, and i dont care about the payment. But im still trying to learn programming, And what language are you making program in?

We've got a Visual Basic 6.0 Professional Edition up there too, which you can download That one, and C++ are most common.

No we´re not going to make games.. The programmers on our forum are going to make Trainers, ABers and such for games.
