Adsense Taxes

How do you webmasters that use adsense to gain revenue go about taxes? Do you just add it as extra income on your year end tax form or do you get a business license for it?

I submit mine as extra income tax. I do not go through the hassle of having a business license and report sales/income every 3 months. It is too much work and hassle.

I've never worried about taxes from AdSense. Maybe I will once I start making a decent amount (if that time ever comes), but right now, it's too low.
