Huh? The work is always best wherever you can 1) reach and 2) get hired. With that said, it will depend on your skill level and who is willing to hire you.

How friendly americans to russians? How many aliens is having good status in US? Are they in your friend?

I have no idea how Russians feel about non-citizens. In the US, it depends a lot on where you are, what type of work you do, and how you interact with people. It's like asking how Europeans treat aliens, without specifying the country, and your nationality.
