Nice article and I say all of these can be found on their TOS but who read TOS these days ? I hardly read them. But for things like Adsense we must read the TOS at least once a month.

Sometimes you get caught and havent done anything..some bug or something ..I know first had that some who should don't and some who shouldn't do get caughgt

There have been times where people who have done nothing wrong have gotten banned, but I'm not really worried about it. The percentage of people-who-do-nothing-wrong-who-get-banned is small.
