For the people who earn money online - do you declare it all on your tax return?

I know alot of people who dont do this, surely they are just asking for trouble for tax evasion?

I always file my taxes as extra income at year-end instead of as a business would every three months. Not sure if this is the correct way but I think so.

I make a good amount of money online but I don't think it's enough that I have to get taxed on it.
