What are you interesting in on computers? What do you have knowledge with? I'd suggest developing something in the areas you exceed in.

You're not going to attract venture capital for "I want to write a program". You need to either have an idea in hand, or go get one. Without knowing your skill set, there is no way to offer you advice on what you should do. A C++ programmer with experience in programming micro-controllers has a very different skill set from a PHP coder with experience in using Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
