Banner height and width

What is the standard size for small banners? I see a lot of 468x60 but would like a smaller size such as 450x50, can I do that? Is there a standard for this type of thing?

These are for banners on my site that I will be offering as advertisements.

Well I think that its your site and you can make the banners i the way you want! those you mentioned are just standard ones but you can make your own ey?

You can make them whatever you want but 468x60 is standard and most people have that banner size already.
