So I got a job offer from a php temp company, they gave me a php/sql test and I guess I did pretty good, she wanted me to start pretty soon. The job would have paid well, it was $100 sign on bonus, 20% of the job cost, 10% extra if the customer as happy, and another 10% if it was done on time or ahead of time.
