    by , 02-20-2011 at 02:16 PM
I've been working a while on learning how the PulseAudio and Ogg Vorbis API's work, this is just a document of my experiences so far. I'd like to first point out that the Ogg, Vorbis, and PulseAudio API's are woefully undocumented, so that's something that someone should spend some time fixing.

To start, I just wanted to make a simple audio player that worked on the command line, should be nothing more than a single file program. That's what I spent my Sunday morning doing, here's ...

    by , 10-18-2010 at 10:25 AM (erggul)
Lately, I've cast away the GUI in favor of the console. I don't mean that little terminal window inside the GUI, but an actual console. Well, virtual terminal but I can't see the GUI and that's what counts. With 128 MB of RAM, there is an obviouse vast increase in performance. This greatly pleases me. So far, I've just been messing around and doing my work and 99% of my web browsing in the console using nano and w3m, although some web pages require captcha which is displeasing. I learned quit a ...

  6. School's What?

    by , 08-03-2010 at 08:50 PM
The opening of classes paved way to my distracted and disorganized school attitude. I predict, the school year 2010-2010 will not be a very good and kind year for me.

June 2010 - I was able to enroll in 7 subjects namely: Accounting A (idk why the heck we need this), Networking I, Web Development, Applied Operating Systems I, Filipino I (the best subject! fvck.), Database Systems II, and Multimedia and Animation I. At first, I thought my subjects would be pretty interesting but it's ...
