    Beginning Assembly Programming

I want to start assembly programming to get further knowledge of machine code that runs under c, c++ etc, mainly because Im extremely confident with these languages already.
I have done basic assembly programming a few years ago in the first year of my National Diploma.

Can you direct me to a useful resource, book, etc. that can be used nowadays? I am using Windows 7 at the moment, so I would like to be able to run any code examples on that.

    Any help?

    THANKYOU!

    Re: Beginning Assembly Programming

I wrote a pretty long tutorial series here. If that's not enough, I can have an online book somewhere...I'll find it.
