    How to instal NASM Assembler in windows XP

    Hello,
    Friends I have downloaded NASM assembler, and extracted the zip files of nasm-2.05.01.win32zip to C:\Nasm.but in the ,assembler's site they sa to set the Path ,so how to do that ,
    Please Help me out, And b the wayis NASM a Good ASSembler

    I believe you set it by right-clicking on "My Computer"... I don't remember where you go from there.

    No, I extracted it b using Winrar to C:\Nasm folder I created in windows XP SP3, Now the say I have to go to inviromental Variables through >Start>>control Panel >system > Advanced>Enviromental Variables > Now where to go and set the Path dont no, please tell me.

    Yes, NASM is a good assembler. By the way, the NASM zip file does not come with the include files. If you are planning to code Windows programs with NASM, you might want to check out NASMX which is nasm bundled with the include files for Windows development.
