1.- select your image
2.- use the rectangular marquee tool and make selection wich cover the entire with of the image and press Shift + control + N
3.-press shift + F5 and fill

3.5.- move the new layer to the top (hide it in the top)
4.- go to Window --> Animation

5.- in the right corner you will see a little menu press and select "Convert into frame animation"

6.- Press this button

Note: it will create a new frame
7.- move the big black line to the bottom (make it, so you wont see it)
8.- press this button

8.5.- this wondow will appear, just click OK

9.- Push play

9.5 If you think it's too fast or too slow click here and modufy the time

I used to be really good at making GIFs, and long and small.

I made a GIF of Forrest gump's movie, from when he gets rid of he's clutches to when he runs over the football field lol
