clear data and cache on ur playstore and play service..

I found a way to fix Transaction is pending!....All you need to do is delete freedom...btw(by the way)i tryed having freedom but i was only able to 5 $ of gems and 10$..you can try with freedom maybe it will still work...After you deleted freedom..clear your cache and clear your data on google play store... after that clear cache and data of clash of clans..then open clash of clans when finished of these steps...login to your account in clash of clans and you'll be able to buy gems again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
