This tutorial will be explained using "Root Explorer" file manager.

1) Make sure Angry Birds is in your SDcard.
2) Open Root Exploer
3) Make sure you are in "/" folder.. if not click the ".." and go back till on top "/" is displayed.
4) Go to the following folder: /data/data/com.rovio.angrybirds/cache
5) Go inside "admob_cache" and "admob_img_cache" and delete all the files that are inside there (not the folders).
6) Now hold down on "admob_cache" to bring the menu, and click "permissions".. uncheck all boxes.
7) Do the same for "admob_img_cache"
8) uncheck all permissions for all folders inside "admob_img_cache" and "admob_cache" and "admob_img_cache"
9) Restart your phone
10) Enjoy!

Ok I will try an easier work around. :)

1. Turn on airplane mode (kills all connections)
2. Load angry birds. Play a round
3. Exit angry birds.
4. Turn off airplane mode.
5. Load back up ads never load again

Not for me at least. Enjoy

Use lucky patcher. No need to modify it yourself.
