Hi Masterguns,
Unless your idea is a new concept entirely, you just want to copyright your verbage and design. You can do this by simply listing the copyright logo with the year and your name.

If it's something more detailed, like a specific logo or concept, you may want to look into a trademark or patent. This is a very tedious and expensive process. I wouldn't recommend it unless this is for formalized business purposes.
